- What does it mean to be a Platinum Preferred Contractor with Owens Corning?
As a Platinum Preferred Contractor, we are able to offer a 25 year workmanship guarantee on your roof, which is backed by Owens Corning. We have high standards in order to maintain this certification and pride ourselves on being Indy’s first contractor to be named Platinum Preferred.
- Do you offer financing?
Yes, we do have financing options available. Please call the office for more information.
- Can you install skylights?
The best time to install a skylight is when you are replacing your roof. We have qualified workers to handle skylight installation. We recommend Velux skylights for your home.

- Do you install gutters?
We have a crew that installs gutters. We also have gutter screens and covers at the homeowner’s request.
- Do you have office staff?
Our office secretaries answer phones from 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. We do have a voicemail system which we check often, and take care to return calls in a timely fashion.
- Do you clean up the job site?
We treat your home as our own. Although debris is unavoidable when installing a new roof, we meticulously ensure that your home and yard is free from nails, wood, and other debris. We take care to protect plants and shrubbery; however, you should also take precautions to protect your personal property.
- How long will it take to install my roof?
We anticipate one to three days depending on the size of your roof. Keep in mind that weather may be a factor as well.
- What type of roofing materials do you recommend?
We recommend Owens Corning shingles and materials. We have an excellent relationship with Owens Corning and are Indy’s first Platinum Preferred Contractor.
- Do you carry Worker’s Compensation Insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured against injury and medical costs incurred on the job. Please contact us for information on obtaining a certificate.
- Do you carry Liability Insurance?
Yes, we have a policy that covers both parties in case of a claim. Please contact us for information on obtaining a certificate.
- How large is your company?
Our company has approximately 15 people working directly for us, which includes salesmen, office staff, repairmen, and other employees. We also have three roofing crews that we subcontract. All of our installers are reputable and properly insured. We are large enough to provide you with excellent service and knowledgeable information, yet small enough to ensure that you are a valued customer
- Do you handle permits?
If a permit is necessary for the installation of your roof, we will coordinate the pulling of permits with the building department of your city in a timely manner.
- Are you reliable?
We have been in business for over 26 years, and have built our business on satisfied customers. Every new roof has a 5 year workmanship guarantee against leaks and defects in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on materials.
